This is my first post. I have been using Reliance BB since 1.5 months. It has been superb. But now, since a power outage on last Thursday, the internet as well as the landline (plan = 300 kbps combo (with landline)) has gone down. I cannot see anything on the landline phone screen. The "Internet" light on the modem does not light up as it does usually. I have checked all connections.
Reliance Broadband Disconnected
This has happened before (on another thursday when there is a power outage). But it automatically got restored by night. Now it's been 4 days since nothing has happened. I have registered 2-3 complaints with them and also called the installation guy. But they haven't responded.
