Reliance Broadband has overloaded their networks with too many customers. At the day time when most of the customers are active, the pings from every server out of reliance network goes terribly high. This problem also persists weekend nights too.

I called the Customer care and told this problem about ping, But they were unable to understand my problem and lodged a complaint "CUSTOMER HAS BROWSING ISSUE". It was their technical department who lodged that complaint. I got a call from their Engineer he tried troubleshooting on the phone. He asked me restart router, clear cookies, restart computer. and then he came to a conclusion and said "Just ignore the Pings, Your Internet is Fine".Reliance Broadband has overloaded their networks with too many customers. I called the Supervisor and everyone whom i needed to call. But no results. It seems I am the only one Facing such problems. I am attaching some screen shots of trace routes and ping.
