The cool part about paying for hosting and a domain name is that it is relatively inexpensive. To register a domain name is about $10 per year. Hosting will run you about $10 a month. 4. Move your website online
The last step in creating your own website is to transport your website on to the web. The hosting company you choose will provide you with a method to copy your website files to the hosting server. That way your website will be visible to the public when they type in your domain name.
