One thing we always talk about that seems to not be getting any better is the live transferred calls being sent to people who are not even agents or able to fill out an application. Nothing is more frustrating than talking to a client who has had 2-3 calls passed to their wife or someone else in the office that had no idea who we are or why we are calling. Take a little time to speak with your team about what the plan is and exactly what they should do if they receive a hot call.

The other thing we noticeare people asking for additioanl promotions. We closely monitor the amount of promotions that are authorized and implemented. As many of you are aware you are offered a substantial discount in our initial pilot programs. We almost have to do this to get people to initially subscribe. However, if you did not accept an inital promotion you will not qualify later for a promotion. All of our current promotions are posted on the website. We change promotions every month and most have an expiration date on them.
