For any woman, beautiful hair is a positive feature. Some people are gifted with naturally beautiful hair whilst others have to really work hard on it. Similar to skin, your hair also needs a routine.

Oiling

For healthy hair nutrients are very important. For getting thick, strong and glossy hair, the roots must be firm and scalp healthy and well nourished. So, at least once in a week, oil your hair. Those with dry hair need to oil it two times a week. A regular oil massage feeds the roots and aids boost the hair's natural oils, making it shiny and silky. Oil gives essential moisturizers to your hair. Try to apply herbal hair oil as it gives the required nourishment together with the moisturizers. It also increases blood circulation.

Application of some preheated castor oil smoothly to the roots of the hair every other night prior to going to bed is recognized to encourage longer and faster hair growth. After applying the oil, you should put on a shower cap so as to let it leak into the scalp fully overnight. For massaging the hair, you may also use olive, almond or coconut oil.

Washing

Your hair type will decide your cleansing or washing routine. Some people may call for shampooing on a daily basis, while others every other day. Even some needs washing one time a week. Choose the routine just right for your hair type.

If you have dry hair, make use of egg, herbal shampoo or any shampoo that is designed for dry hair. People with normal hair can apply fruit shampoos or henna shampoo. In the case of oily hair, lemon is good.

From the roots to the tips, gently massage the shampoo into your hair's layers, covering the whole head. Using hot or warm water, rinse head entirely, until the shampoo has been completely washed away.

Conditioning

Conditioning is ideal for preventing your hair from becoming extremely dry after shampooing. Example for a very good conditioner is Henna. Egg white is also a natural conditioner with good conditioning abilities. You can also deep condition your hair with curd, beer and egg.

Mixture of a little vinegar and warm water is another good natural conditioner for hair. If you rinse your hair with this solution, this will put in bounce to dull and lifeless hair. You can also choose any conditioner from the market that is suitable to your hair type. For getting really shiny hair, rinse hair with cold water after conditioning.
