For this, boot your computer into 'Safe Mode' by pressing F8 button repeatedly while the computer is starting up. Go to User Accounts in Control Panel. From here you can change the password for the account you wish.

Third one is to use parallel installation. For this, pull out the hard drive from the machine and install it in a drive enclosure or you may plug it into another machine's IDE/SATA/SCSI/ (whatever it is) port. Boot up with this second machine's normal boot drive as 'Administrator'. This way you will be able to access or change permissions on any files on the drive you like. After that, put the drive back in its original case.
