It's Fashion Week here in NYC and that means tons of models and plenty of parties to crash. yesterday, HP and Vivienne Tam introduced the HP Vivienne Tam Special Edition notebook. It willlaunchin October.

HP won't disclose future pricing or even share the size or specifications of the PC, only saying that it is the size of a clutch-style purse. Could this be a sneak peek at futureproductlines? Yes, says David Roman, vice president,MarketingCommunications, Personal Systems Group. "It's aligned with and anticipates a product we're developing in a new category that hasn't been rolled out," Roman adds. He will, however, say that the Vivienne Tam edition has a "smaller form factor" than most notebook PCs that HP has on themarkettoday.

HP said the "top of the notebook is gleaming red and bursting with peony flowers. The peony design is meticulously carried inside the notebook, under the keypad. The notebook also features a complementary embroidered storage sleeve that helps keep the exteriorprotectedwhile being carried as a clutch."
