What caused genital warts?

My true experience
I have very deep feelings of such reasons because my researching institute has partnerships with some big hospitals, so I have great chance to meet face to face with such patients and discuss about their treatments and diseases with their doctors.
One difference I have noticed is: For other patients, chronic diseases and cancers patients excluded, after been properly treated with, they would show much comfortable feelings compared with before treatments.
