The other way to buy ebooks that i recommend is a site called Buy EbooksOnline, it is a subscription based service but costs just $19.99 (usually $39.99 but on discount) and gives you access to a massive library of over 40,000 ebooks. once subscribed users can use the site without any restrictions. I myself have already downloaded over 200 books which i keep on my ereaders, just working out that each ebook may cost $5 each i have saved hundreds of dollars already on buying ebooks and i am very happy with the service. The interface is clean and quick and the ebooks are in the genuine epub format which is compatible with all ereaders.
There are other ways to get cheap ebooks on the internet one of which is the use of torrents from sites such as isohunt but it really is a gamble when using this type of service as you never know what your downloading untill you have downloaded it and open it(in the case of virus infected files it is too late by this point).
