There are many weight loss programs on TV and the internet, when deciding to lose weight, I felt very overwhelmed. Jenny Criags, Bowflex, etc. so many commercials and on the internet? WOW, there are hundreds of articles, programs, and even some softwares. I couldn't even find out were to start. Finally I found out that first thing I needed to firgure out what would suite me best to lose the most. Would I be better at be physically active a lot? At dieting some, exercising some? Or starving myself? I figured out that since I am not that physically active, and yet I can exersice a lot if I try hard, I would lose a lot more exersicing a lot then from just dieting. This is because the human body will use and convert more fat into energy from those who don't use energy that much because their body's are not use to it and requires more energy to get things done. I also figured out that there are literally 100's of free online weight loss guides, and 100's of not so free ones. The difference from them and ones on TV are that the ones on TV you mostly have to pay a monthly fee, or buy the special food, etc. I decided to go do an online guide because I do not want to pay more than one fee and I like to do things the way I want to on my own.
