The Psychology Of A Losing At Online Marketing

"The Definition Of Marketer;

Fulfilling The needs Of The Customer"

Most marketers enter the Internet thinking how much can I get.

While smart marketers think about what can I learn and share with others. Don't get me wrong, It's natural to think about how much money you can make and it's certainly ok to do that. But if your not of the mindset "How can I help" your career will be short lived.

Value is in the perception of the customer.

By listening closely to the customer, asking questions about them you should be able to discover what their needs are. Focus on their needs and not what you are going to get.

Now if what you have can fulfill there needs, speak to them in their words how what you have can fill their needs. {Example} Let's say his/her pain was, works to many hours and not happy with his/her job. Bob, you said your looking for a way to replace your income but your already working 60 hours a week. Can you see how investing 10 hours a week into building your own business can be a means to an end, bring you home and give you that 30 second commute to the office that you have dreamt about?

"The Pitchman"

Most people can't help themselves and start pitching how great whatever it is they have to sell. I still get calls from people I've known for years that try to sell me. They don't even ask me how I'm doing before they go right into their pitch, sometimes I set the phone down and wait then pick it up and check to see if their done. They usually aren't doing any better then the last time they talked at me "Ha"

If this is you, "STOP" then ask yourself, How's that working for you?

There's an old saying that couldn't be truer when it comes to marketing

or anything for that matter.

"People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care"
