In this world we live in today, we are so concerned with the physical and how we look. No one is thinking about health as much as they should. When we do think about health, we only think about the physical aspect. There are other areas in which we should be concerned about health also. One of those areas is the mental. We have to be healthy mentally. We have to have peace in our minds. When we go through something in this life , whether it be good or bad, it helps to have someone we can share those things with, someone to talk to. We should have friends. We should have a relationship with the people in our familly, and keep in touch with our families. Settle things in your family with family members you may have had trouble with. When you dont do this, it is a traggic setup. It is a set up for you to not see your family, and in the future if you get married and have children, your family will not get to see them. Thus causing more drama. All of this can cause a breakdown in your mental health. Another area is the spiritual. Now you dont have to go to a church building to get this, even though it wont hurt. You can never go wrong, going into gods house. Connect with a person who you can go to church with, or the synagogue, or whereever you go to worship, but connect with the higher power. Just as your physical man needs food,thus the spiritual man does also. Most of all pray. talk to god. If you dont have a friend to talk to , go and find a local pastor who you are comfortable with and talk and pray with them. Another BIG area is the emotional. Do you have any idea how much money psychiatrists are making off of peoples problems today? A killing! People are on so many medications that they cannot even function. They are just medicated and not dealing with the issues that caused them trouble in the first place. We must deal with our inner demons. We need to begin by facing up to them and talking about them. Dont walk around like you are okay and medicate your emotional wounds with medicine and coccaine, and alcohol, and food , and sex, to name a few! Now we must take care of our physical bodies. We must go to the dentist, go to the doctor, get our check ups, loose weight, sleep. All of those things are necessary along with exercise. But remember we are not just a physical person. We are mental, spiritual, and emotional also. We must be balanced. Any unbalance in any of the above areas leads to a big problem.......BAD HEALTH!
