12 tbsp of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

12 tbsp of Grade B Maple Syrup

1/2 tbsp of Cayenne Pepper Powder

60 oz of Distilled Water

If you have enough space on your schedule to take your time and do it properly, you can whip up a single glass serving of the Master Cleanse lemonade. This is the standard recipe for a glass of the Master Cleanse Lemonade. This works well because the amount is just right and all the ingredients you will be using are still fresh. This single serving recipe for the lemonade can be done is as little as 10 minutes and can be enjoyed for at least two hours.

2 tbsp of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

2 tbsp of Grade B Maple Syrup

1/10 tbsp of Cayenne Pepper Powder

10 oz of Distilled Water

For people who like smaller size portions, this last recipe would be suitable as a snack drink rather than a meal. If you're feeling hungry and it's still not time for the recommended Master Cleanse lemonade meal, this serving would be perfect to curb your hunger. If you're more comfortable with this recipe, you should increase the number of glasses you drink per day to about eight or ten, drinking a glass every two hours or so. The amounts needed for each recipe will depend on the program that you're on, but the total amount of lemonade you should be drinking per day should not be less than 60 to 70 ounces.
