Open-pit mine transport is a key factor that affects the capacity and mine economic benefit , also is the key link to affect the productive capacity of the mine. Donganshan iron mine is one of the main bases to produce ore raw material in Anshan Iron & Steel Group Corporation, it has been mined for decades up to now, have already formed the comprehensive production system. At present the proeuctive capacity of Donganshan iron mine can't satisfy the balance need of native area to mine and select, the most important reason is that the speed of opening up system is slow. Now to change the present technology of opening up system is the first work to develop the mine.
Using Donganshan iron mine as the engineering background, this thesis studied the transport way of deep mining in Donganshan iron mine systematicly.
(1)According to the actual production circumstance or Donganshan iron mine, through the contrast of analyzing economic results, argumented the feasibility and the rationality of the combined transport way to atopt truck-transfer-railway combined transportation way of deep mining in Donganshan iron mine.
(2)According to the actual condition of Donganshan iron mine, this thesis argument the rationality to choose the truck ( the 40-50 t truck) transport way of deep mining in Donganshan iron mine.
(3) On the base of the actual peculiarity of the railway transport way in the truck-transfer-railway combined transportation way of deep mining in Donganshan iron mine,though discussing railway stretching, the transfer way and the way of opening up,the thesis advanced the feasibility and the rationality of the railway way of deep mining in a steep slope of Donganshan iron mine.
(4)The thesis studys the transfer way or tlic combined transport way of mobile-transporter-railway ,determined the transferring feasibility of giving out ores shakely in
Donganshan iron mine.
Through studying ,it is stated clearly that the transport way of deep mining in Donganshan iron mine is reasonable and viable, is dependable on the safety .
