For most golf fans, they not only like playing golf game, but also like play golf video game. In today's crazy golf world, golf game is a popular sport. You know that, Tiger Woods knows that, and so do 100 million players around the world.
The newest EA Sports golf video game, Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12: The Masters, was released this week.
The huge draw is the inclusion of Augusta National's golf course for the first time ever in a golf video game.
In this article, I would like to talk about something about Tiger Woods' new video game. If you want to know more golf clubs reviews, you may visit my website to read this article - Masters Could be Start toward Bright Tomorrow!
All of which brings us to this year's Tiger Woods golf game, the majority of pre-release hype for which revolves around whether the titular star is on the cover or not. Unfortunately that's almost the most interesting about the game, which is otherwise worryingly similar to last year's iteration.
The most significant new feature, as you might be able to guess from the title, is the addition of The Masters series - the reason the game is coming out earlier than usual this year. The career mode in particular is all designed around working your way into the professional circuit and eventually getting invited to The Masters. And it works great: it's a clear and logical incentive and the reward of playing on the Augusta National course at the end creates a kind of natural difficulty curve for the game.
If you haven't got the patience to get there properly there's also a series of 'Masters Moments' and Tiger Woods' four wins to try and emulate straight from the main menu.
So, The Masters is a welcome addition and it's used well but very little else has changed about the game, in particular the flawed use of the PlayStation Move controller. It works much like previous Wii games but there's still a huge disconnect between what you're doing with the controller and the languid movements of the onscreen golfer.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour is and always has been a perfectly good golf simulator, but it's never been an inspirational one. Apart from perhaps the motion controls it works, but never seems to be more than the minimum requirement needed to distinguish one year's entry from the last.
At last, I would like to recommend the good ping g15 driver and ping g15 irons to you!
