Placing Adsense on the correct places can increase your revenue,ads below the blog header is also a place where people gets alot of ad clicks.
Follow these steps:
1-Login to Your Blogger account,and then go to Design option.
2-in the design option,Choose the Edit HTML...
3-Take the safe side first and Download your full template.
4-Now click the search command("ctrl+F") and search for maxwidgets.
5-Now,along with the "maxwidgets" you will find another option "showaddelement".they are two options which we have to change a little bit...
6-Well,by default these values are(maxwidgets='0' showaddelement='no'),so you have to make some changes to them here,change the maxwidgets from '0' to '3' andshowaddelement from 'no' to 'yes'.

7-now you are ready to do.just Save the template and then go to the page elements option,now you can see an "ADD GADGETS" option just above the blog header,but you can adjust its place to below header also...
