Heart disease is a serious problem that you cannot ignore. This disease is one of the first killers all over the world. Indeed, it sounds so horrible, but you cannot give up because of it. There are still many ways you can do to defeat heart disease. This disease does not happen in one night. It is usually formed for years. It is usually caused by the constriction of blood vessel.

A research shows that people whose ages are 50 years old can be free from stroke and heart attack if they stay away from smoking, maintain their cholesterol level, blood pressure, and blood sugar rate. Even, the association of heart experts in USA states that there are 7 ways that you can do to help defeat heart disease and live longer.

1. Never smoking or stop smoking more than a year.

2. Maintain your index of body mass to be less than 25. The index is counted by dividing body weight (in kilograms) with body weight (in meters). So, if your weight is 62 kilograms and your height is 170 centimeters, the index of body mass is 62/1,70 x 1,70 = 21,4. If your index of body mass is above 25, it can be categorized as obesity.

3. Do sport at least 150 minutes every week or 75 minutes if you do harder sport.

4. Consume minimally four kinds of healthy food that are recommended (fish, vegetable, fruit, sufficient water, less salt, and many more). Also, consume vegetables and fruits that are rich in antioxidant.

5. Maintain the total of your cholesterol to be not more than 200.

6. Maintain your normal high pressure (120/80).

7. Maintain your glucose rate to be less than 100.
