Interval Resistance-Circuits or: Weight Training Circuits

Hey everyone its Mark and I hope youre ready for component 3 of the weight-loss workouts write-up series:

Interval training with weights circuits.

The three most successful categories of training to maximize lactate levels and consequently HGH -human hormone- levels for optimal body fat burning are:

1.Interval Training

2.Body-Weight Circuits

3.Weights Circuits and other Resistance Training

We covered interval and bodyweight circuits in the prior two corresponding articles.

Today we will check out the way to tweak a weights- or resistance-training routine to burn body fat and also create muscle, nearly as somewhat of a welcome side effect ...

This set-up here is created so anybody can use it right away and without having a truck load of personal instruction.

As pointed out, the weights circuit right here is actually a extreme lactic acid workout: because the higher the lactate levels, the greater the HR (Hormonal Response, in this situation the HGH-Response)

In the event you really feel nauseous, that is not pleasant for certain, but an excellent sign nonetheless, simply because it signifies you might have achieved the training-objective: really high lactic acid levels.

All training outlined inside the TS-Method need to optimally be performed inside a fasted state, read: in a calorie debt and carb depleted, for maximal fat burning outcomes.

So the most beneficial time is either in the mornings ahead of the late breakfast or even on an actual fasting day, if you do fast.

Following is your weight circuit: a entire set-up which is wonderful for the newbie and/or those with limited time available to devote to the gym ...

Weight Circuit, 2-3x per Week

A1: Leg-Press, 3-5x25 reps, 0 seconds rest

A2: Lat Pull-Downs, 3-5x25 reps, 0 seconds rest

A3: Back-Extensions, 3-5x25 reps, 0 seconds rest

A4: (Machine*) Bench-Press, 3-5x25 reps, 120 seconds rest.

*On the bench you should always have a safety spotting partner. If thats not available, machine bench presses will be fine instead.

And heres how you do it ...

Warm-Up: ten reps on each and every physical exercise handling a medium weight. So use about half your working-weight in the Leg-Press for 10 reps, then on the Lat-Pulldowns, the Back-Extensions and the Bench-Press.

Repeat for two sets. Now you take a rest for a minute or so prior to beginning in earnest:

A1: Do 25 heavy reps on the Leg-Press, quickly and smooth, well control and through the full range. Then its into A2: Lat-Pulldowns, exact same there. No rest, into A3: Back-Extensions, and these followed without rest by the A4: Bench-Presses.

NOW you are able to recover, but ONLY for two minutes (thats critical; not any longer than that: remember the accumulative fatigue effect !;-) repeating for a total of 3-5 sets.

You might commence with 3 sets and increase your way up by one set each workout until youre on 5. Thats sufficient!

This workout needs to be done at the very least twice, and not much more than 3 per week.

So either for example Mondays and Fridays, or Monday, Wednesday, Friday for three weekly workouts.

Thats all.

So this concludes our little mini-series on fat loss workouts: theseInterval Weight Training Circuits are kick-butt powerful and will get you into shape right quick.

I hope you enjoyed it all and please come back soon: theres way much more where that came from !;-)

See ya a bit!

Mark
