What can Cause A Bloating and Gassy Belly?
Well, I am not a doctor, but I have done my fair share of research and trial and error on bloating relief. Most of this was done from my home computer since I was too irritated to go anywhere looking like I just had delivered a baby, when in reality my baby was 4 and a half (sigh). From my research I learned that there are several foods that cause bloating. Many of these are veggies which contain cellulose which can cause a bloating and gassy stomach. The big culprits are broccoli, onions, asparagus, and beans. Believe it or not apples, bananas, pears, and other fruits can also cause a bloating and gassy belly. This stinks (literally) for the health nut. However, when I tried cutting out these foods, I experienced no bloating relief. I would take beano before eating vegetables, which did help a little bit with the severe and painful bloating pain. I then checked into lactose intolerance which is when your body can not metabolize lactose which is in dairy products. This can cause upset stomach, gas and bloating.
So there I was, still bloating and gassy with a head full of knowledge, but no bloating relief. Ugh!
I then came across an article which explained how to get rid of bloat for good following a simple meal plan. Check out this article! Once I followed the simple instructions, I was completely bloat free. I will include the link below.
