That means there's less of them to fight for the egg.High PH / Being Alkaline And It's Affect On Baby Gender: On the other hand, if you have a high PH on the chart / kit that you are using, you're more likely to have a boy baby. The reason is that you don't have the acidity that is detrimental the Y sperm. So those Y's are then present in a larger amount. And, since they are faster then the X sperm chromosomes that produce girls, their larger numbers and faster speed makes it more likely that it's one of them that will fertilize the egg.Is Vaginal PH The Only Thing That Affects Baby Gender?: Many people email me and tell me they're working on their PH and they assume that this is all they have to do. While it's true that getting the right PH can go a long way toward getting you that baby gender that you want, this alone can't be any guarantee.Some boy or Y producing are bound to make it through even the most acidic vaginal environments. And X or girl producing sperm are not affected by an alkaline PH. So it only makes sense to cover every single variable you can rather than only one.There are two other things that have an affect on baby gender. These are your timing and the distance that the sperm has to travel. Since the Y sperm (boys) are weak and don't live as long, if you have sex early in your ovulation cycle and use the right sexual intercourse positions, this would help you get a girl (Your chances would be evengreater if your PH is right.)If you have sex late in your cycle and use totally different sexual positions, then you'd bump up your odds of getting a boy.So, no, vaginal PH isn't the only thing that has an effect on baby gender.
