Those who suffer from migraine headache, fail to recognize the disease they suffer from. Migraines can upset a person's life routine considerably. It can affect the immune system to varying extent. Sometimes this problem is also known for causing loss of body functioning during an attack. Migraine headache can result from a combination of blood vessel enlargement and release of substances from nerve fibers that curl around these blood vessels. It can be more severe when unambiguous foods are taken. Person should avoid those foods that can trigger more pain like chocolate, caffeine, and alcohol, eliminating each of these foods from their routine. A person should be aware of a proper diet as well as types of foods to avoid related to the disease.

The migraine headache is severe. The exact causes of migraine remain unknown to modern science. But certain migraine causes can occur in different parts like brow bone or cheekbones or cluster pains in and around one eye. Tension is pain like a band squeezing the head, and other migraine pains cause nausea with visual changes in face. It can also be caused by alcoholic drinking, tobacco, and caffeine. Some other factors are tiredness, dehydration, nervousness, with a rare possibility of causing heart disease. Stress is the one of the major factors causing migraine, and it can pull you deep into depression.

Symptom of migraine includes cold conditions, nausea, vomiting, confusion, tiredness. But the most common migraine symptoms are in the form of visual disturbance of the eyes as this is directly linked to the brain. Eye migraine is also known as visual migraine or optical migraine. Eye migraine symptoms are touchiness, redness, dark circle around the eye, dark spots, misunderstanding, and loss of bowel movement.

Severities differ from one patient to another and usually based on different types of migraine. There are two types of migraine. One is related to migraine with aura, another is migraine without aura. Migraine with aura: these types of migraine attack on dot spot around one eye, both eyes, and other vision problems are called aura. Migraine without aura are directly associated with vascular problems in brain. Vascular disease is mainly caused by freezing of blood vessel and can change the size of blood vessels. Common migraines, classic migraines, abdominal migraines, exertion migraines are all common types of migraine headaches. Other factors can be based on family background, appearing as genetic in nature. Person suffering through nausea, feeling confusion, headache, vomiting, and structural unbalancing, are all identification of common migraine. Classic migraines appear mostly in person's vision as optical migraine. Vision migraine patients are directly affected by objects that lead to headaches in routine. Abdominal migraine most commonly occurs in children and can also occur in adults. There are certain types of headaches that are related to physical exertion such as faintness and darkness around the eyes, nausea, tiredness and eye acne among other types.
