6. The next technique is to bring your teeth together in gentle manner. Now glide your head in a gentle manner backwards at about an inch without tilting it. Do this until you feel some tension. After this keep your shoulders relaxed whilst holding on to the position for at least 10 seconds. Repeat this at least twice.
