Keep Distraction At Bay
Sometimes we procrastinate on a project because we anticipate interruption. To really focus on doing you task at hand you may have to "escape" from everyday events. Place your calls on hold, Do not accept visitors or forgo constantly checking emails. These distraction could be reasons for your procrastination. There is a difference between wanting to start on working a project and deciding to start. A change in language can make the difference in how you approach a project. What you "should do" is not nearly as exciting as something you will "be happy" to do.
