When I was a younger I remembered being in marvelous shape without having to exercise much or watch my diet. I was in pretty exceptional shape.
I also remember how life was not as complex and the strain level was almost non existent.
Fast forward a few years and I now discover myself having to exercise regularly, watch my diet, and work on putting some of the tension in "check" before it gets out of hand.
It is accurate to say as time goes by, the environment, the information, and the habits we are vulnerable to, particularly if they are negative, can really influence you in many ways.
So to disappoint several of the negative influences we need to utilize action.
If we are not consuming healthy food and gaining weight then we need to start an exercise program and work on having a healthier diet.
If we are consistently exposed to stress from work, people dumping their problems on us, having crummy habits and listening to shocking news in the media then we have to inject awesome influences back in and get rid of the negativity.
Begin To Work on Your Positive Thoughts
To conserve a positive mindset we need to work on exercising positive thinking to hinder the negative influences from overtaking our thoughts.
We also need to grab control of our adverse inner thoughts which tends to emerge from time to time.
But is it adequate to just read several motivating books and hear and pay attention to some motivational CD's? Maybe, maybe not, but it is a begining.
But to reallymakean effect on your mindset and develop several weighty positive thinking you will have to dig deeper.
A Little less than a year ago I read Secrets of the Millionaire Mind book by T. Harv Eker. The book spoke relating to mastering your inner game. The beliefs we have, whether crummy or good, is a direct result of our past experiences as children and of the information that have been rooted in us.
I actually did not get it when I finished reading the book. I just thought it was a great read and it was very motivating.
This is My Moment of A-Ha!
This is what I subsequently came to understand; it doesn't matter how much positive text I read or how I try to keep a positive mindset if I do not honestly address my subconscious ideals.
So I am going to rewind and make clear how I came to finally follow what Mr. Eker wrote in his book concerning the subconscious mind and having affirmations.
By the way this is also covered in Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich Book.
Here is how it all came together for me. I currently joined the Rich Dad education workshop and I was working on the reference materials.
In the materials there is a portion that talks relating to the potential your subconscious mind and how it works either for you or unfavorable to you. Now during this application there are a series of questions to answer.
The questions are centered on your childhood experiences and the lessons you learned from your parents, friends, or whoever else had a great affect on you.
The questioned are focused on what was ingrained into your subconscious mind during that early part of your life.
I was pretty amazed when I began to answer several of the questions with true honesty and actually went deep into my memory to answer those questions.
The moral of my story is when there is a strategy for you to follow from someone who has lived through it, FOLLOW IT!
It took me to read three books in order to finally comprehend what the first book was telling me.
I did however get admirable value from all of them. more is typically better when it come to awesome value.
preparing a Leveled Playing Field
It was not only a positive mindset that I needed to have but more like a mind shift. It is not sufficient just to read motivational materials and work on being positive.
If you really want to include an unstoppable mindset, become nine feet tall, and bullet proof you will have to move deeper.
You have to move into your subconscious mind and begin getting rid of those deep-rooted beliefs that are keeping you back.
If you do not address those ideals then you are fighting a defeated battle because your subconscious will always win.
Once you get rid of the beliefs that are holding you back you then would have made a leveled playing field.
Now that you have created a leveled playing field the strategy of getting good information rooted into your mind becomes more weighty.
keep the Positive text Fresh Every Day
Considering all the negative information we face each day, we need to flush some of that substance out and of course keep the positive material in.
So how do you get rid of the adverse noise in your head? One of the best things to do is to steadily add positive information.
Read all the books you can find, listen to all the motivation available, and get around intelligent people with a positive mindset.
Let some of that intensity rub off on you. Then click out and inspired others. Not only will you help someone else you will help build up your own beliefs.
Just like an athlete that works his butt off to get ready for the big game we must work our butt off to have a compelling mindset that will shake off any negative influences.
How Do You Support Your Beliefs?
Having created that level playing field, now you can continuously fill your mind with countless of positive information and affirmations joined with emotions.
Attaching emotions along with your affirmations you will create rock solid beliefs. Once you have those impenetrable beliefs you can set a route in your life to accomplish your goals.
I know my account of this system is very general but there are in depth studies in this occurrence that you may research to get a better comprehension of how it works.
Now as an mlm entrepreneur looking to build an empire having an unstoppable mindset is powerful. But it is a system that you must work on each and every day.
It is not something you do one month or two and then feel you have obtained the required mindset to last you a life time.
