A Psychic Is Told - I Will Protect This House

The other day, a thunder, lightning and wind storm ripped through a large portion of the United States. As the storm rolled into my valley and towards my house, I was told by a Higher Power, "I will protect this house." I heard the wind coming. To me it sounded like a wind train. I normally do not have any fear about bad weather. This wind sounded VERY strong. I jumped up and ran to the window and saw the pine trees near my house bending in a rather abnormal way. I heard the wind getting louder and as it hit the house, the rafters started to creak. I heard that sound during hurricanes. I literally yelled out a prayer of protection for this house and the land. I instantly heard a voice, in my head, not in the air, from the Loft saying, "I will protect this house." The house and land were protected. There were some down branches and lots of pine tree branches lying around, but it was a positive outcome.

As the storm rolled through and things went calm again, I realized that the whole storm had not taken that long in actual time. It just seemed to take a lot longer as it was rolling through. That is very much how life is on some levels. Life is not always calm. Some storms of life come and we don't even take notice. Some storms of life come and the approaching feeling of them is scary. Like the wind rolling in the other night at my house, sometimes the energy of a situation comes before the actual situation. It is at that point that we can stop and ask for protection over our lives, our bodies, our minds and the entire situation. We are told over and over that we command the Universe. We are told that our faith moves mountains.

How often do you actually call out for help? Do you wait until a big storm is coming that scares you with its approaching intensity? Is asking for help in any way, from any "being", spiritual or physical, something that you find difficult? Do you know why? Ego. That is why. Wayne Dyer says EGO means "edging God out". To ask for help is another way of saying that we cannot do it by ourselves. Sometimes admitting that we cannot do it by ourselves feels like admitting some type of defeat, incompetence, or just flat-out not good enough. That is rarely true. In reality, when we ask any "being" for help, that "being" feels good in the ability to help us. It always feels good, to me anyway, to give time, money, readings, etc. to anyone who asks. I know that I love to give. Most people love to give. Asking for help allows that "being" to experience that great feeling that helping and/or giving brings. So not asking for help is actually being selfish as well as egotistic. Allow someone or something in your life to say to you, "I will protect you." "I will protect your heart." "I will protect this house." Just ask.
