My opinions are the results of nothing but observation on myself for over ten years now and realizing that it started a long time before that. Such drugs are not natural substances and do not fit in with the way our bodies are made up. In short, they are synthetic and always have side effects because the body does not view them as a natural substance and doesn't know how to cope with them. New drugs are created with a view to getting a patent and obtaining a monopoly supplying the various health services of the world. They are something that can't be done with natural substances which the body can cope with. Drugs may eliminate some symptoms in the short term but they are not addressing the causes and they are not health giving in the long term. And chickens like candidiasis or worse then come home to roost.
