For this diet to work , you must eat fruit, vegetables, fish, eggs, pasta, whole grains and rice. Do not eat food with sugar or fat, milk products, bananas, grapes or meat.

Breakfast: a cup of red tea and orange juice or an orange. A slice of whole meal bread or 2 bars of muesli.

Lunch: a fish salad, rice and vegetables, or a rice salad. You can also eat fruit. You must drink a large cup of red tea.
