If you want to make it in this industry you need to get over your fears, pick up the phone and call your prospects! People won't join your company without a personal phone call. I would say that well over 80% of people won't join a high ticket opportunity without a personal phone call or even a face to face meeting! However, if you're promoting a $10 matrix that's solely online, you can get away with email contact. With that being said, it will more than quadruple your conversions if you simply pick up the phone and call your prospects. As for tools, they are things like websites; business cards and anything that helps you advertise your business opportunity. Training is vital! You must provide your team with top notch training they can use to instantly build the business after signup. The systems part is just as important. Your systems and training should sort of collide. You should have a system in place to automate the training process so you don't have to help new reps. That's about it apart from recruiting. All you have to do is speak to at least ten people a day and get them to watch your company presentation. Then call them up and ask them to join! You will get a yes or no answer. If it's a yes, then great, get your new rep plugged into your training system. If it's a no then move on, there are only billions of other people to talk to. It's a numbers game, the more people you speak to, the more people you will sponsor!
