How To Focus Your Mind And Get Anything That You Want !

How do you go from flat broke, depressed, fearful and on the verge of being homeless - to living a life of total joy and bliss with all that you need? Sounds like a marketing sales letter doesn't it? But no - I am talking about your personal power - your mind in focus to get anything that you want!

It is easy when you know how, certainly not rocket science! It is just a simple formula of doing things everyday towards achieving whatever it is that you want. If you are not happy with your life right now then, what you are doing is not working is it? So to carry on in this way nothing is going to change - to achieve what we want, we must change our habits into habits of success.Why Have You Not Succeeded Yet? The reason is you have the wrong mind-set, you push harder and harder thinking it will happen one day right? Wrong - it is not working, so what have you got wrong? Let's see

How many ideas is your head dealing with - how many goals are you thinking of? You must focus on only one thing at a time. I cannot stress this strongly enough!

First rule - get really clear on what it is that you want, I mean really clear, with no doubt or dithering - write it out - this is your new story - write it in detail. A tip that works for me is to have a really nice book (I am like that) turn this in to a ritual, keep you note-book and pen in a certain place, create the habit of reading your story out loud at least twice a day, this is your bible and your practice! If you can create the habit of reading at the same time everyday, you can read more - but keep the habit of maybe morning and evening at the same time - you are training your mind! This is how the mind works. Tell it what you want it to do and it will respond.

Picture It.

Add to this at least 30 minutes visualizing your self having achieved your goal as if it were now this moment - feel it - use all your senses - (smell, sight, touch, hearing and taste) close your eyes and make it as vivid as possible.Now when you feel you have a perfect vision, ask in your mind what can I do today towards making this goal achievable - wait for your answer - take action - go do it! Then ask again - what next step can you take?

In your note-book, write the goal you want to accomplish - and list down the ideas you have come up with to take action - tick them off as you go, keep this going, it will give you a sense of achievement.You will soon see change, and your steps will become clear - if you get stuck, go ASK .Write down on your list every little step you have taken - if you begin to doubt, look back at what you have done so far, it will encourage you to keep going and get anything you want!

Getting what you want is easy.

So why doesn't everyone succeed? From all the people who read this article, only a few will put it into practice. We all want to succeed but only a few stay committed - simple.
