When we think about gaining muscles the first thing that comes to mind is a gym and a lot of different equipment but what if you don't have access to a gym? What if you cant afford to join a gym and pay the monthly fees or what if you simply don't want to train with weights or equipment?
Well here is the solution. It is called bodyweight exercises. Everybody knows them yet nobody wants to do them. Why? Because most people think that bodyweight exercises are too easy and don't stress the muscles enough so that they will eventually gain muscle size, which is true but also false.
See, all the muscles really need is to put them under more pressure than usual so that the little muscle fibers rip a little and then heal AFTER the training. You don't gain muscles during your training but after it in the resting phase so make sure to get enough sleep and rest so the muscles can develop to the fullest.
But how do you do that? Bodyweight exercises really do become very easy after a while and you can easily do 25 push ups after a short period of time. So what then?
Simple... Just find a different kind of Push Up, Squat, Sit Ups or Pull Ups. There are literally dozens of different variation that you can play around with and I will guarantee you there will be a lot that you will have to master until you can do the above mentioned 25 reps.
So what kind of plan should you follow to Gain Muscles At Home? I would recommend training 3 times a week and not over an hour. 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions. When you reach 20 reps you know it is time to move on to a new more challenging variation or maybe you will find a way to make the existing one harder. Maybe you can make it more difficult by raising your feet up on a chair.
Be creative. There is always an easier way to do things so there has to be a more challenging way.
Workout, eat healthier, and do some cardiovascular training too. Riding the bike or swimming or walking. It doesn't matter as long as you do it.
And don't be too harsh on your body. If you feel sore and need to rest for 2 or 3 days then so be it. Gaining muscles doesn't happen overnight and your body has to adapt but with consistent training and a strong determination it is possible to gain massive amounts of muscles without weights or equipments.
I hope I could help you and maybe encourage you to start working out and to Gain A Lot Of Muscles At Home
