As a leader of your organisation you got to lead by example. If you want to duplicate or clone yourself you have to be very careful of what you do. Your down-line and new recruits are looking up to you for guidance and inspiration.
Team effort
Remember in network marketing business you cannot expect to expand if you are operating alone in your network. For example, you can go alone if you are a car salesman. You do not need a team to sell a car, but the downside is that you are only paid only once for completing the sale. If you do not sell another car, your colleagues will not be able to contribute part of their income to you.
It is different in network marketing, where everybody in your organisation from you downwards works as a team. Without your up-line, there wouldn't be you in the business. In this business, it is people-get-people. You build your group and you will gain by the residual income from the sales derived from your group.
Help yourself
You cannot be selfish in network marketing because if you do not build your network, your leader would not be able to help you. You need your sponsor and their leadership to help you in your prospecting if you faced any difficulties. You know that you cannot earn any commission from your up-lines and you got to have your own network.
Learn fast
Everyone has the same role to play in the network marketing business marketing plan. You are being recruited by your sponsor and you recruit your own down line. You have to learn fast in the business because the faster you are able learn about everything about the business from your leader the faster you can progress further.
You have to be proactive and start to make a clone out of your up-lines. Emulate the good qualities in them on how to be successful.
Team builder
To be a team player, it is important that you have to believe in yourself and your up-line and down-line. If you show your commitment and dedication in your business, people will soon follow you as a shining example to lead them.
Be humble
In team building, you need to be humble to learn from your leaders. You know you will lessen your opportunity to build a successful network if you cannot duplicate yourself. Put aside your ego and do not think for a second that you are there for your own benefits. You can be the best salesman but if you cannot build and expand your network you are not in this business.
