People have been trying to game the system for years now so do not even try it, you will only waste your time. Go to relevant blogs and forums in your niche and make a comment (without spamming). This is a good start as you can leave a link to your website and this counts a a vote with google and the other search engines.
To sum it up, internet marketing for beginners does not have to be hard. Like anything it takes work and consistent effort, but over a short period of time you can be in profit and even end up with job ending income if you apply yourself.
