Ancient cave paintings to historic murals, natural and man made caves. Art, history, music, culture, all dovetail within each other to form a wondrous matrix that is the cultural exuberance of the people of the state.
Situated in the beautiful Shetrunjai hill at about 50 kms from Bhavnagar, the Palitana temples house as many as 900 Jain temples and shrines. It took 900 years to build and one has to climb a staggering 3,800 stone steps to reach the temple complex.

One of the two Kirti Torans located on the banks of Sharmistha Lake in Vadnagar, Mehsana. The architecture is quite similar to that of Rudra Mahalaya and Lord Shiva features as the principal
deity on both the arches.
Mansarovar is located behind Ambaji Temple in Banaskantha. It is believed that Lord Krishna performed his tonsure ceremony here and devotees bring their children here for the ceremony.
