There is no better time to leave a relationship than when things become stale and boring. It is important to enjoy life and all its little quirks and to do this you need to be in a fun relationship. The moment it becomes stale and predictable is the moment to get out. Life shouldn't be about routine, it makes like go faster and that is something we don't want to happen.
By changing life up, dictating the pace of it makes sure that every day is different. You enjoy each day more and each day will last longer. Being in a fun relationship is the best way to make this happen, there is nothing more important than being with someone you love. But love is a part of having fun, if you are not having fun then what is the point in the first place.
Having kids can be difficult. It can take the fun out of a relationship as you all of a sudden don't have quite as much time for each other as you would hope to. Having a kid will undoubtedly bring you closer but it will also drive a wedge between you in some ways. You can sometimes almost become resentful towards your child for taking your partner away from you. It may be hidden in the depths of your subconscious but it remains there all the same.
Once you head down these slippery slopes there is no easy way to get out of them. You have to work hard to get the spontaneity and fun back into the relationship, and if you have to work hard to have fun then it is kind of an irony. Having fun is supposed to be free and easy that is why it is fun in the first place, so it is nearly impossible to get the fun back.
Sometimes it is better to cut your losses and just get out of the relationship whilst you still have your sanity. To get away from your relationship is the bravest thing you could possibly do. When you have kids it can be harder, but if you don't have any responsibilities it can be easier in the long run to just walk away. Don't waste any more time and energy on the relationship when your efforts could be better served elsewhere. Keep things simple and try to keep things fun, but if the fun dies out then move on.
