Eye is one of the most valuable organ. Therefore, the eye must be kept and maintained to stay healthy, so that we could see perfectly. One way to keep your eye is exercising the eye. Just like other organs, the eyes need some trainings. That's in order to keep the eye muscles stay in relaxed.
There are many types of eye exercises, developed by the experts, with different purposes. There are exercises to maintain eye health, or to improve vision. However, the core purpose of eye exercises is to maintain eye function remained perfect.
Some experts have different views in terms of function of the eye exercises. Several studies have come to conclusion that there was strong correlation between eye exercises and increasing vision. Therefor, other studies has come in conclusion that there was not strong enough correlation between eye exercises and improving vision. However, the research has been generated, that eye exercises could strengthen vision.
So, do we need eye exercises? In my opinion, eye exercises are a necessity. Eye muscles are no different from other muscle organs. It needs nutrition. It needs oxygen and it will also need to exercise. Then, how can eye exercises be done that right?
One type of eye exercise is distance focus exercise. The purpose of this exercise is exercise to focusing alternately near and far. First, you hold a pen and draw near to the eye as close as possible, but you still can see clearly. Then, slowly, change your focus by looking far away, about 10 meters for a few seconds. Do alternately, near focus and far focus. This eye exercise is believed to help improve the ability of the eye focus.
Another exercise is to rotate the eye. Move your eyesight slowly clockwise around your room. Do this slowly, rising to the top from left to right and down in a circle, do it several times, slowly. Then, repeat with in counter-clockwise.
Exercises three, called the thumb rotation. This is done to train each eye, left eye and right eye. You can start with your right eye, with your left hand closing your left eye. Hold your thumb right in front of the right eye but still maintaining the focal point of your thumb. Slowly, move your thumb to form a circle, or square, or triangle. Or any other form, whatever it is. The core of these eye exercises is, you train the right eye focused on the movement of your thumb. No matter where your thumb moves, come with eye movements. Remember, only with eye movements, not with head movement. Do this several times. Then replace, it's time to practice your left eye.
With some simple eye exercises, your eye is expected to be more relaxed and casual. This is good for your eye health and will reduce dependence on glasses and softlens
