Children should never be allowed to operate or go closely near this machine, and if they insist on helping you can have them go around your yard collecting the twigs for you and you alone to put into the machine. They of course come in a selection of sizes, voltages, speeds, colors and models; an employee would be more then willing to help you decipher which one is a good fit for your individual needs. Attachments are another optional purchase, and may include an edger for trimming up your landscaping. These extra products are not necessary in the function of the chipper, but may be helpful and can always be purchased at a later date. If you are not in the financial position to purchase a wood chipping machine, then you will be happy to know you can also rent these at your local rental center. This is obviously a less expensive solution and may be a better idea if you are doing a one time only project.
