Erik Laver is CEO and President of Ximo Health and fairly recently came out with the trendy Ximo Energy Shot. He started his career in 1992 at E'Ola International, wrote a weight loss book, and then moved on in 2003 to co-found Sendoutcards which was an astronomical success. In 2011 he has re-launched Ximo Health.
First off let's chatter about the original product called Ximo Golden Energy Drink. Based on customer reviews, it has helped them with appetite control which in turn provides a nice side effect of weight loss. It contains Anti-Oxidants which lower blood pressure and strengthens the immune system. It also contains Ephedrine, I'm not sure about what the laws are about that one but I guess it's ok to sell according to Ximo. The Golden Energy Drink is a bit similar to the new Energy Shot but I'll get into that in a second.
Ximo Energy Shot is one formidable supplement!
Golden Energy drink comes in 16 ounce bottles and the recommended dose is 2 ounces. It has a peachy mango flavor. Ximo Energy Shot also has a similar taste but it's fruitier. They use a green tea leaf and proprietary mixture which is then heated to a specific temperature, while releasing natural organic and bio-active elements.
Ximo Health uses what they call the Ximo Polyphasic System. Polyphasic means "many phases," which include Energy, Mood and Mental focus, and Health and Weight Loss. A bit too scientific, I know Lol. Oh and another thing, I don't promote or market any of these products. My review on this is based entirely on personal extensive analysis.

The Energy Shot is about the same as the Golden Energy drink but stronger. It has double the strength of the energy drink such as caffeine at 100mg per 1oz serving. White Willow Bark is also an alluring addition to the new product. I don't know why they included it but it apparently is more effective than aspirin.
Let's go over the distributorship part of Ximo Health. It looks like they have some sort of uni-level pay plan. Reps are paid daily. The signup page lets you choose your distributor name for your own Ximo branded website. They have your choice of auto-ship options.

Commissions are paid based on the difference of retail and wholesale price. They range from 25% down to 1% in commissions. Infinity commissions are 1% for Executive Vice President and 2% for President.
Starting at Senior Manager you will get an achievement bonus for every level you advance. That bonus starts at $180 for attaining the Senior Manager level and up to $50,000 for President. At Senior Director you qualify for a car allowance of $200-$1000 depending on level. There is a Global Bonus Pool of 3% of all sales which are split up among Executive Director Level or higher.
