What you think! Isn't usually the problem

LOL that is a good way to get your attention! I learned that from college, it's called a gram. But since I quit smoking up which was today there are no more grams. I am here for change. I wanted to start by releasing my thoughts and just to see if i could really be an author, since I think so much maybe if I put it to use it will help me undistort. I wanted my start to be as real as possible because I know there are other just like me who may have wanted a chance too. A chance to better themselves. Writing is so much different these days, no more ink and desk it's all computerized. It is good brain medicine, helps you relax and see what's what. Time to release those strings I keep thinking, I hope that's what you are thinking too. The word release is such a powerful word. We are living in a world where so many things attach but what we really only see is what was shown to us. Usually by our parents and sometimes we go off-track somehow. The reasons why we do the things we do is usually a coping mechanism of some kind. For one to dig deep and target the main reason why we went off-track is to release it if we feel the time has come that we've somehow conquered it. No more reason to go that way if we've beat it right? WRONG! What you think isn't usually the problem.

The real problem is stuff like you don't want to talk about or admit. Here's a big one, Laziness. The lack of motivation. it's much easier to argue and hate than it is to try to be a better person. Ultimately, it is your own fault where you are and what you want to be can only be achieved through change.
