I cannot recall when or how I came across Mike Dillard's magnetic sponsoring course. All I can recall is that I signed up for receiving seven free videos on the magnetic sponsoring boot camp. As the videos started coming in everyday, I began to get more convinced that I was doing the wrong thing. By the time I finished the last video, I could not resist buying the Magnetic Sponsoring course. And that simple decision launched me in a very different direction than where I was heading before.before to reading that, I read something on leadership and the fact that people flow to leaders even if the leaders are not interested in them. That person was making reference to the story of Jesus in the Bible were he was all the time running away from the crowd, not seeking a crowd. The crowd became a problem to him as they were hungry for leadership and his presence was like an oasis in the desert. Now relate that to MLM and imagineconsider how powerful that would be to have people run after you rather than you running after them.Now I can frankly say that not only did Mike Dillard and his ideas of magnetic sponsoring changed my MLM business but it always changed my entire life. This applies to both my professional and personal life. The principle of adding value to yourself is one of the most important principles in life. You have to be relevant to people's life by having the knowledge that people need. Relevance is a very important element in life. You have to make sense and fit into the scheme of things of others. Otherwise you are a pest in the life.As I see it, Mike Dillard is stressing the fact that good leadership is priced commodity and if you can provide it, then people will flock to you. In MLM, most people are confused as the business system is not easy to build from the start. At the fragile stage, people want to be virtually held by the hand and led to the next stage. If you lack the skill to help others in that stage then people do not see any point in staying with you or the system you are selling.In other words, the only thing of real value is knowledge. A very powerful system will never serve you well if you lack the knowledge to run it. You have to invest in yourself and become a knowledgeable person. When you are with people who do not know, you naturally become the leader. Not because you want to but those around you think you are. When I first joined MLM, I really did not want to understand a lot. I was always searching for the so called turnkey systems that would spit out money at the push of a button.Well, when I read Mike Dillard's magnetic sponsoring course, I stopped searching for turnkey systems. I simply cannot let my success depend on somebody else. Even if there is a turnkey system, I ought to know something in order for people not to take advantage of me. In the past, I used to hesitate to buy expensive books but now I buy them as long as I have the money. After all, I want to add value to myself if I want to be successful in the future and create my own wealth. If you leave your wealth to someone else, you are in for a big surprise. I am glad I read the magnetic sponsoring course and even the free videos can change your life in MLM.
