Weak Bones? Signs That Your Bones Are Thinning

Our bones should be strong enough to absorb any pressure exerted on them. 1. You have a thin or small framed body

If you suffer from 1 of the above factors then this means your bones are thinning and if more than 1 of the above factors applies to you then you are at risk of a bone fracture.

Studies have also showed that all ethnic group women after attaining the age of 75 onwards, 90% will experience fracture of the bones.

One should check the state of their bones once they reach the age of 50 and if the bones are weakening the doctor may prescribe estrogen replacement therapy to help strengthen your bones.
