This is the Best Way to Impact the World and Stay Motivated

When you're doing whatever it takes to do what you love to do and live your dreams, you're automatically making a positive difference in the world! Your motivation, your happiness and excitement attract and inspire others to join you. It's like striking a match to a pile of dry kindling. One ignites and sparks the next and then the next, until a blaze is burning bright.

The listening activity can help you understand yourself and others. It can assist you in fine-tuning your listening and observing skills. The most effective leaders know that the best way to create long-lasting relationships is to be sincerely interested in others, discover their dreams and dream build each time you see them. This could include doing something as simple as borrowing a travel video of their favorite dream vacation from the local travel agency and watching it together. Or it may mean going to see some beautiful houses nearby that are open for public inspection.

Eventually, your associates will know you care about them and start linking you with what they enjoy. As a result, they're more likely to have a good feeling when you're around them. This can help your relationships grow stronger and more positive, and they're likely to be more receptive to what you say. They'll understand that you have their best interests at heart.

Do Your Family and Friends Really Know You?

Family members also need to share what they love to do with each other. Do you believe your family really knows what you enjoy doing? If your family is among the small number who do freely share what they're most passionate about doing, consider yourself fortunate. Oftentimes, your family members remember you as a child. Many of them may not realize how you've grown, what sparks your enthusiasm, how much you want to succeed, and what you're capable of doing.

How many unsuitable birthday presents have you received from family members and friends you thought knew you? Do

you want to develop stronger bonds with those you care about most? Find out what gets them fired up. Learn about their dreams, what they'll love to do, where they'd like to go and what they'd like to have. Make a point of asking about these things frequentlywhether or not you share their interests.

Your attention will show that what matters to them, matters to you. It will help you be a better spouse, parent, sibling, son, daughter or friend. This will also make it easier for you to share ideas and opportunities with them, if you choose to do so, along the line.
