The Number 1 Reason Why Your Articles Are Declined & Rejected by Article Marketing Directories

You have worked hard researching, writing and submitting your articles. Do not chuck away all your hard work. I am willing to bet money that you are making tiny mistakes that cause your articles to be declined, rejected and deleted.

As an article directory owner myself, I hate rejecting well written articles with hardly any mistakes that could have been prevented if the author took a few minutes to proofread or spell check their article. When I find an article that has dozens of errors it tells me that the author does not care about quality content and just want to get their links submitted to as many sites as they can.

I am not in the business of rejecting every article submitted, but I have to think about my human visitors. In order to create an article directory that great authors want to submit to I cannot publish every article that comes my way. Readers do not read articles that have several of grammar and spelling mistakes. Be aware of the fact that even if your article if free from errors every directory will not publish your article. However, it will increase your odds.

It is your responsibility to make sure your articles are free of errors. I understand that you may miss a couple of errors every once in a while and so do I. When I am in a good mood I have no problem fixing one or two spelling mistakes, but when there are dozens it is not worth my time. You will find out that most directories will not be this nice and they will decline your articles when they have one mistake.

One last suggestion. Check to see what the amount of words your article can have.Article Base has a minimum of 350 words. Other directories may be different. You can expect to see a requirement of anywhere between 350 to 500 words at most directories you submit to. This helps preventpeople from submitting articlesthatare just anadvertisement, but sometimes it stops good articles from being published. For instance this article was orignallytoo short for Article Base, so I added more information to satisfy their requirements.

Your goal is to get the maximum number of articles accepted and to do this you have to proofread your article and follow each directories submission guidelines. I cannot stress this enough. Trust me it will pay off in the end.
