As you can see in the Meta description certain words are repeated in the description as in the title, this will only help in the website optimisation. The final stage is the keywords.
Keywords are words which you wish to be found by when someone searches on one of the search engines for the type of business that you do. For example our site "Car Body Repairs" the keywords would be: Car Body Repairs, Smart Repairs, Hertfordshire, and Essex, Bumper scuffs, Key scratches, Stone chips and seat burns. These keywords are essential and you made need to change them from time to time till you have the best keywords to match your page. Another way to find out which keywords are best for you is to use the words that are most popular on that page; generally they will be the best words to use.
