Apple pushed Ipad Android tablet this year, but I don't think it will be the same successful as Iphone. Whether it could succeed is a still a question. Because it doesn't obey the rules of the Computer's Seventh generation.
In fact, there are a lot of attempt on Android tablet before, including the Newton Plan of Apple., and Waresoft also tried Tablet. But none of them succeed. The success of Iphone and the problems on Android tablet proves one thing: If we haven't analyze on computer's basic theory, we may waste a lot of resource on the ideas which is impossibe successful.
Computer changes a lot on its core comupting unit from the first to the sixth generation, but the input and output device keep the same. The use of electronic accessories keeps the same.

After so many changes on computer, but the input and output device only be changed on skills, not on basic pattern. Because it is suitable for ergonomics.
Android tablet want to combain this two together, and choose handwriting instead of type the keyboard. Accept handwriting by machine is very complicated. Although the techology is much developed than before, but it is still hard for large capacity information input. It maybe OK on handphone but not fit for Android tablet.
Android tablet is desiged by convenient without keyboard and mouse. So we could know why Kindle is popular but Android tablet is hard to success. Because kindle is only used to read or play games. If we really want to use Android tablet as easy as our netbook, we could connect a keyboard and mouse on it, but in that way, what is the meaning of Android tablet? What's the difference between them?
