There are so many who probably sell the similar ones like we sell both online and offline. What do we do then?
Let's find out a few things.
Do buyers only buy the cheapest one(s)?
May be yes, may be not. One thing to understand, all of us want to purchase the affordable thing don't we? So, when your product(s)/service(s) cost quite much money, just be confident enough that the cost is worth it.
How we can be confident then?
Establish our credentials. Our credentials show public our specialization(s). Plus, find ways of enhancing the perceived value of our product(s)/service(s) by adding extras. Or we can clearly demonstrate the value when the buyers purchase ours. Make it easy to purchase and receive your product by not introducing any barriers to purchase for example: extra forms, obscure or complex payment methods, or even describe them extra fee to purchase.
Remember to keep a good relation with our previous buyers. After sales service is the easiest way to do it. Good relation with our buyers can help our credential(s) by giving us the mouth-to-mouth-advertising.
No advertising can be as good as mouth-to-mouth-advertising from our previous buyers.
It can give a good recommendation for expectant buyer(s).
A purchase, in a simple way means, when the product or service that the seller sells meet the buyer that need it.
Aim at a small and easily understood product or service range. We should be able to explain each of our product(s)/service(s) in one or two sentences. Three sentences for the explaination shall be a maximum. When we can do it, our expectant potential buyers can understand why they should buy from us.
Even if you already have subscribers, you still need to improve yourself.
What to improve could mean nothing else to improve. That is a boast, unless you are already a millionaire so nothing to do more on your business.
But even a millionaire still do something to improve the milionaire-self!
Find out where your potential expactant buyers are, their particular needs and desires they have, and what they are seeking to solve these. Look for a narrowly defined niche market in which your product or service will solve a unique need of them. Design your product or service to meet those needs. Test, Change, Test, Refine, Test then obtain their feedback. Whether they buy or not, a feedback shows a care that can help us to improve ourselves.
