WIth all the distractions in society, we have to keep in touch with the bigger picture

We are in a time where there is so much going on that we get easily distracted from the really important things in life. Technology, our work and entertainment are major factors in keeping us overly busy. But at the end of the day, do they really fulfill us? What really fulfills us is how we feel about life. It can be hard to feel because our minds and egos are so busy in our daily lives.

To be able to feel, means having a calm mind and experiencing life from a higher perspective. In this feeling we become connected with our higher selves. Life in this way is much happier and much more fulfilling.

Therefore it is very important to be aware of this and be in touch with this as much as we can. It is important to take time away from our distractions and reflect on this. A higher level of truth is perceived through our feelings.

It is great to have positive feelings but it is also important to be able to stay connected when we have negative feelings. Understanding these and working on them leads us directly on a strong path of personal growth and evolution. Running away from our negative feelings will leads us back into our routine of distractions.

There is a way to learn how to deal with them efficiently without having to be afraid of them. Yet these are the keys to growing in the ways we need to in order to get what we really want in life. Life can be too short when live in a world of distractions, yet experiences are rewarding and fulfilling when we are on a path of strong personal evolution.

With all the global changes we are seeing, all the negativity that occurs around us, the best thing we can do for ourselves and society is to get in touch with our true selves. We need to feel and understand the energy inside ourselves, this reveals higher levels of consciousness and truth.

How we can learn to deal with negative energy and fear is to start through meditation. All we need to do is to focus on those negative feelings and let them flow out. When we can do this on a daily basis, we can accomplish a great deal of inner peace and balance.
