The morning and the entire first half day of the 23rd March 2011 became an abominate day for the government in presence of The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in both the houses ,Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha when the opposition started decrying the government at the time of discussion on "Prime Minister's Statement on Cash for Votes Scam that was published in the Indian Newspaper The Hindu.
It started with the Leader of Opposition Sushma Swaraj who in person repeatedly and continuously started alleging, attacking the Prime Minister's failure on different scams in different emotional and strong words. It was a scene when all the members of the house Lok Sabha were seen as being silent bodies having patient attention towards Sushma's speech, while some were shouting from the back. The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was attentive towards the words of Sushma Swaraj and sometimes gave small smiles also. But overall The Prime Minister was very serious and also an expression of guilty was depicting from his face as I observed. Some points which Sushma mentioned were genuine and really said to be a proof over carelessness of the government. The points which she mentioned there from which the whole country was seriously shocked to listen were:
a) The Prime Minister used baseless terms while his speech that Sushma Swaraj clearly and briefly described and termed that topics should be carefully examined and statements should have at least a base.
b) The Prime Minister was having wrong information indicating the failure of the Information Reaching to the Prime Minister and failure of being such higher authority.
c) Passing on the allegations to the other one and not admitting the mistake in person by giving examples of Raja and Kalmadi.
Whereas, a Member Parliament Dr. Mirza Mehboob Beigh of Jammu Kashmir National Conference Anatnag Constituency in support of Congress said that "It is a very appreciable step that the Government has announced inquiries with suitable outcomes and reminded the opposition in his strong bold words that "You should not forget but I remember that when the cases of the state Karnataka and allegations against The Chief Minister of Karnataka BS Yeddurapa were claimed in the House Dr. L.K Advani escaped the house at that very moment which says that The Opposition in there times escape and in the Governments time don't give time to look over. But this I think Beigh Sahib was conveying that You are also corrupt We are also corrupt which is immature.
However, Congress also didn't keep quiet The Minister for the Parliamentary Affairs Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal sequentially started exposing Bhartiya Janta Party. In the fractions of seconds, when the minister said that the sting operation was held at the behest the opposition leaders stood up shouting like anything and that really gave an open to any other thing which was planned.
Mr. Bansal said that Sushma Swaraj said that It is was not precarious also that The Prime Minister would say the term verified in his statement but The Minister cross questioned Sushma that have you verified that What The Prime Minister actually said. This gave an impact that both the leaders had noted each other's points very carefully to break one another's defends. Adding more to his speech Bansal said that The Prime Minister has been a silent listener to BJP'S mere, malicious allegations and has never said anything against. Furthermore, Bansal requested that The Inquiry could have been continued and suitable evidences that could have been brought before the people in the House but the Opposition must look into what they say and when they say.
The Minister reluctantly agreed that "No one can make compete with Sushma ji's quotes and poetry on certain things as a respect he mentioned" Soon after this boisterous spread to the Rajya Sabha and all the members started shouting as soon as the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh stepped into the Rajya Sabha.
It was a poetry competition of poetry between Dr. Singh and Sushma Swaraj, and therefore the outcome seemed to be boggling meaning that "informal and unserious speeches were heard and noted down. Such a serious issue that the country is highly suffering from corruption a disease to which there is no medicine up to now, The Head of the Country is getting wrong information's and the debate was over.
I quote this that Poetry on the serious one, cannot win the hearts of the people, cannot change their thinking that is India has an abdicate Prime Minister. All the scams have really brought the people to a construction of disgrace and destruction of the Government.
