If I have to get up and go get a drink then I probably would not. If you drink coffee drink it plain without sugar or cream and do without the fancy coffees this will help your weight and save you money besides.
4. Control your portions. Why is it so easy to keep your dog's weight under control? Because you carefully measure how much food it eats each day! This doesn't work for humans, of course: no one wants to constantly weigh and measure their food. But a very simple way to control your own portion sizes is to use smaller plates. 6. The next thing is to get moving. I don't mean go to the gym unless that is your thing and you have the time. I just do what I want too. If it is working in the garden or the yard or going shopping and walking around the mall or just going to Walmart and walking around and doing my shopping, what ever you like. If you like it you will keep doing it and lose the weight without really trying.
