One method to generate energy that has popped up at different times over the past 100 years is through a perpetual motion machine. According to the laws of physics perpetual motion to generate power is impossible. To put it very simply these laws dictate that it will take an equal amount or more power to generate a given amount of power. In other words power cannot be created it must be converted from another equal or greater power source. That is exactly what we are doing when we burn coal or natural gas to generate electric. We are converting power from one type of energy to another type of energy.
So according to human knowledge at this point a perpetual motion machine cannot exist therefore power cannot be created by this method. So what happens if we expand human knowledge to include powers of nature never exploited in a certain way before. After all according to the laws of Physics all power must be generated from nature. If energy cannot be created than it must already be here in a different form. So could there not be a energy source that contains a huge amount of potential energy that could be released by a smaller amount of energy. Of course there could take gasoline fumes ignited by a very small spark for example. The energy used to ignite the fumes can be much smaller than the energy created in the explosion.
So why couldn't the same be true if applied to a perpetual motion machine. A small charge creates a larger explosive motion which in turn gives off energy larger than the initial charge. This energy is then used to create the next small charge and the excess energy is harnessed for use. The missing element of course is the fuel to drive the larger explosion. Which leads us back to exploiting one of the powers of nature in a way that it has not been exploited before. That power is the power of a magnetic field.
If you think about it we live in the middle of one giant magnetic field. The earth is a giant magnet. Nearly all power generated on this earth is generated by the use of magnets. However is the potential energy of a magnetic field greater than is excepted or used today. Several groups of people including this author believe that it is. I drew up one concept about 10 years ago that could be used to replace every car and truck engine on earth rendering the internal combustion engine obsolete along with all the big oil companies. After being reminded of the lives lost by several people who also had ideas that would potentially change the global economy I had the plans officially sealed and entrusted to an attorney. Currently there are several groups of people who claim to have a perpetual motion machines that will generate electricity. There is a group in Australia who claim that their machine is capable of supplying the electrical needs of an average home.
It will be interesting to see where this all leads. If indeed these groups have discovered the secrets that I believe to be true the answer to clean free energy has been found. The question that remains is how long will it take those who currently control big energy to snuff out this small flicker of hope. Is the Green movement strong enough to give such concepts a chance? Only time will tell.
