2 crushed garlic cloves

1-2 tablespoons of black pepper

1 cup of fine bread morsels

4-5 cups of cooking oil

Directions for preparation

You can use a pressure cooker or a pressure flyer for cooking the feep fried chicken. Pour cooking oil in a pan or the cooker start hit heating it at 320-350 degrees. Take a bowl and pour the milk, whisked eggs, soya suce, chicken bouillon and a little of flour. Blend the mixture well. Add the garlic cloves in the mixture. In anorher pan or bowl add some amount of flour, bread morsels, black pepper, garlic powder, bell seasoning etc. In another container take four separately. Now take the chicken pieces and mix it first in the plain flour and then into the mixure of eggs, milk etc. Finally dip the chicken piece in the mixture containing flour, bell seasoning, bread morsels etc. Continue this process of dipping the chicken pieces into the 3 bowls and then release them into the pressure flyer. Deeply fry them in the hot oil present inside the cooker.

This recipe seems to me, to have some really good tips and recommendations for the cooking utenils you may also use. My self I use the only the best that the big black iron skillet, I fry everything with this skillet and I make my gravy in this skillet. If you ask me old school cooking utensils are the best, and the taste is the best, a taste you will not get out of a regular old skillet. But if you are one of the modern mom's I can understand, the black cast iron pan I'm talking about you probably can't get unless it was gave to you by your grandmother or someone a lot older than youand your kids if you have any.But in reallity if you take your time and prepare your chicken with love it still should turn out very delicious any way.
